I`m about to reassemble my steering box, and now wondering what is correct center position for the steering wheel when driving straight forward?
Is it one spoke at 6 or 12 o`clock?

Hello Morten,
My 1931 Coach has the pitman arm that is attached to the steering box disconnected from the steering linkage. I turned the steering wheel from stop to stop and counted (approximately) 3 and 1/4 turns. The steering wheel is three spoke. When turning the steering wheel (approximately) 1 and 3/4 away from the stop, the straight ahead driving location showed the spoke at the 6 o'clock position. Edit: This also allows you to hold and rest both hands/fingers on the 10 and 2 o'clock spoke positions.
