Hi All,
I am looking for the screw type (flat head or oval head), size, I would think it is a slotted head, that was used to fasten the door sill trim on a 31 sport coupe.

Hello 1931Harlet,
My 1931 Coach does not have sill cover plates and no screws either. But, to try to help, look at: chevy.oldcarmanualproject.com. Scroll to: 1929-1932 Chevrolet Master Parts Price List for Six Cylinder Models. See index for Standard Parts page 298. See next index for Screw-Sheet Metal page 301. It appears to indicate round head type used. Not many selections to choose from. Chevrolet began using Phillips type screw heads starting between 1936 and 1937, so slotted screw head type seems appropriate. The index does list the sheet metal parts and sills, but does not list screws that go with them.

I will try to remember to check this, but as I recall they are slotted andcurved top but not a full round. Unfortunately, I can't use them because of misalignements, the door scrapes the aluminium plate.

I bought screws for my '34 Master from the Bolt Depot. I bought the stainless steel ones and polished the heads to look like the nickle-plated originals.
